All of our products are offered with a guarantee of quality workmanship. However, due to the customized nature of our product, we do not accept returns unless there was a production error on our part. Ordering the wrong size, color, or phrase on a wristband does not warrant a return. We do not guarantee color since the color on a computer screen always varies slightly from the physical product. We do not guarantee fit since some customers like the band loose and some like it tight. Our sizing guide helps determine best fit. You can also order random samples to check color/size prior to customizing if needed.
Although our products are made of the highest quality thick silicone, we generally do not warranty them past 30 days. If we make a mistake on your order, we will be happy to provide a solution to the problem within the return window. If this is the case, contact customer service at 1-800-922-5401.
If a physical return of the product is necessary, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
