your website is a bit clunky...hard to scroll down on the colors and almost impossible on the clip art

This is my third order. So far loving it.

Placing my order was very easy snd Im pleased at how the wristbands turned out!

Had trouble changing the size info otherwise all is good.

Very few shipping options, I would have paid more for quicker shipping. HOWEVER, the products came a little quicker than I imagined.

I messed up on the number and I had to go all the way back and redo it. Three times

Everything went well and the product is Very nice. The only problem we experienced is the medium size was too small for many of our adults. I wish I had ordered large. Or maybe half medium and half large.

It was easy to order. But tried getting the 10% off and never got the email. Did it 3/4 times. Checked all my inboxes. Never received anything. I didn't like the fact I had to pay more per band to 'keep jobs in USA' which I do want. (And I did pay for) especially when the company is in Texas. Didn't understand that at all. Very disappointed in that.

Great experience. This is at least my 3rd order.
