Note that Reminderbands are a custom made product. We do our best to never miss an estimated arrival date. If we are unable to deliver an express or priority order once it is approved for production, we will do our best to make it right with you. Since this is a custom made product, we will not refund the cost of the wristbands once production has begun or the order has shipped.
All of our shipping is done via FedEx except for orders with 20 or less bands shipping "Standard" to the U.S. or to Canada. Those orders are shipped via USPS.
When you place your order, our system will calculate the estimated delivery date. As soon as FedEx assigns a tracking number, that number is e-mailed to you with their timetable for delivery. USPS does not assign tracking numbers. You can also check the status of your order online on our website. We will communicate with you every step of the way.
Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt FedEx transportation flow – anytime, anywhere and with little warning. Reminderband and FedEx will not be liable for any such events, and our guarantee excludes circumstances beyond our control. Reminderband promises to have your package in the hands of our courier FedEx for delivery on the date promised, but can not be liable for any circumstance after that point that may delay delivery of your order.
The customer understands and agrees that Reminderband is not liable for any delay on the part of our shipper FedEx after the order has been picked up and scanned from our production facility. Please see FedEx's disclaimer section 6 if you have any questions regarding this policy.
We ship via USPS or FedEx. If receiving shipping via FedEx, you must have a physical address as FedEx doesn't ship to P.O. boxes. To ensure proper delivery, we do require a signature. FedEx usually leaves a door tag notifying you of the delivery attempt if no one is available to sign. Simply follow the instructions on the door tag, and FedEx will leave the package at your door at the next delivery attempt. After three delivery attempts, FedEx will return your order to Reminderband. If you would rather have the package left without having to sign for it, you can go into your local FedEx office at any time and sign a FedEx release waiver.
For International orders, we offer FedEx International Priority which gets the order to our international customers in about 14 days from the time the order is placed.
