Shawn - Customer Service Supervisor

Shawn has been with Reminderband® since 2005. He works with all aspects of our Customer Service Department, including key accounts/sales, order processing, art and design, customer satisfaction assurance, and logistical flow. Shawn has worked in several customer service related industries, from hospitality/restaurant management to call centers. Shawn brings several years of customer care and expertise to Reminderband®, ensuring you have a great experience with us. Shawn loves cooking and spending time with his family in beautiful Utah.

Christian - Director of Marketing and Social Media

Christian has been with Reminderband since 2010. He oversees our marketing implementation through campaigns, events, and PR, as well as social outreach across multiple platforms, helping to tell our story and the stories of our customers.

Stephanie - Customer Service Specialist

Stephanie has been employed with Reminderband since 2011. Some of her responsibilities include customer care over the phone, though live chat and email. She also helps with managing our Reminderband office. When not working, Stephanie enjoys keeping busy with quilting, crafting, home projects and spending time with her growing family.

Didgette - Customer Service Specialist

Didgette has been with Reminderband since 2014. She brings many years of experience to Reminderband from the different customer service jobs she’s worked including 2 years of experience working in high volume call centers. Didgette is our office accountant as well as one of our customer service specialists. She loves animals, camping and the outdoors, as well as listening to music, decorating, arts and crafts and just relaxing at home watching movies or a good tv show and spending time with friends and family.
