“When I placed the order I asked the question could I have the same thing embossed on both sides? I never recieved an answer. I also would have liked to havee more characters then 25,but didn't realize I could until I talked to customer service. I was disappointed about both things, it would have been better if someone from your order dept. had called to verify my needs. The bands are excellent and I like the overall process. Hope that helped someone understand my concerns. I will probably order again. Thanks”
