“I have to say...I have always loved reminderband's service and quality of its products, not to mention their pricing! They are the best, and I would never go through any other company. My last experience with reminderband however, wasn't as pleasant. I placed my order and received notification that the order had been placed, and a few days later I received a notification saying that I could expect my bands in 7-9 business days. After relaying a promise to my client that the bands would be ready in 10 business days, I received them 3 days late. The bands missed their main event, and I had to pay for them out of pocket. Hopefully, this issue has since been resolved, because I honestly have 100% loved the service from Reminderband in the past.”Laurie from El Monte, CA

“The ordering process was very easy and there are lots of different types of bands and every color you could imagine! It was super nice to have free shipping to Canada too! My only complaint is that I haven't received my bands yet - I ordered them on February 17th, they shipped on March 3rd, and it's March 17th today and I haven't gotten them or received an update. I contacted Customer Service and I was told that if the bands don't arrive in 4 days to contact them again and they'll look into it. I replied asking for them to look into it now instead of waiting 4 more days.
