“My experience with reminderband started out rocky, but turned out great!! I had ordered wristbands for a fundraiser I was doing earlier this month, and a week before the fundraiser, I was told that the bands may not make it in time (even though I ordered them on time) because of a overload of orders coming in the warehouse. I spoke and worked with Mark from Customer Service on the issue and he was able to handle it perfectly. He assured me that he was doing all he can do to make sure I got the braclets in in time. He was also following up and giving me updates on the status on my order frequently, and was eventually able to re-route and express ship my braclets to me just in time before the fundraiser!! Mark has fantastic customer service skills and was a great help through this all. One of the big reasons I will be coming back is because of his, and reminderbands great appreciation for their customers and their priority of providing great cusimer service. I will for sure be using reminderband again when planning other events or for various times when custom wristbands are needed.”Mike from Mount Prospect, IL
