Explanation of Ratings
- Overall
- Average of all other ratings
- Speed
- Five points = the order was delivered in seven days or less from the date it was ordered.
Four points = the order was delivered in eight to ten days from the date it was ordered.
Three points = the order was delivered in 11 to 14 days from the date it was ordered.
Two points = the order was delivered in 15 to 21 days from the date it was ordered.
One point = the order was delivered in 22 to 27 days from the date it was ordered.
Zero points = the order was delivered in 28 days or more from the date it was ordered.
Reminderband calculates its average delivery time on a daily basis and posts those averages on our Speed Page. Just click on the "Speed" link located at the top navigation bar on our site. You'll want to check out those averages; they are amazingly fast.
- Quality
- The company was given 1 point for each of the following questions can be answered with a "yes."
- Are the bands clean?
- Do the bands have clean-cut edges?
- Is the debossing area clean from residue?
- Is the color of all of the bands on the order consistant?
- Is the debossing area smooth, and even?
- Ordering Experience
- For each option the company has, that company was awarded one point. The five options are:
- Entire order can be placed online - This way you can place the order at your own convenience and not when the customer service department is open.
- Phone number is on home page - This way, if you need to call the company, you can easily find it without having to click on other pages on the site.
- Home page either has pricing or pricing is only 1 link in depth from home page - This way, you can easily find prices online
- Site offers more than one payment option - For example, if a site only takes credit card payments, or only takes PayPal, the company would not be awarded this point
- Ability to check order status online - This way, you can check the status of your order 24 hours a day, at your own convenience
- Pricing
- We took each companies prices for the following quantities: 20 bands, 500 bands, 1,000 bands, 5,000 bands, and 10,000 bands. For each quantity, the four companies with the lowest prices were each awarded one point.
For example:
Five points = the company was among the lowest four in each of the five quantities.
Four points = the company was among the lowest four in only four of the five quantities.
Three points = the company was among the lowest four in only three of the five quantities.
Two points = the company was among the lowest four in only two of the five quantities.
One point = the company was among the lowest four in only one of the five quantities.
Zero points the company was among the lowest four in only none of the five quantities.

- Does the site have show a toll-free number? - Reminderband®'s toll-free number, (800) 922-5401, is located at the top-right corner of nearly every page on our site.

- Does the site have a chat messaging service? - This is a great way to get your questions answered right away, especially if you are online and don't have access to a phone. During business hours, use Reminderband®'s Live Chat Service to chat with a live representative, or after business hours, to e-mail us your questions. - Does the site have the ability to show real-time order status? - You can view the status of your wristband order by clicking on the Track Your Order link at the top-right corner of nearly every page on our site.
- View Tracking Details on Site
- Does the site have the ability to show real-time shipment tracking details? - Once the order has shipped, you can view the FedEx® tracking details of your Reminderband® order by clicking on the Track Your Order link at the top-right corner of nearly every page on our site.
- Photos of Debossed Bands
- Does the site have actual photos of debossed bands they have made, not just computer generated graphics of bands? - This way, you can see the actual band quality. You can view photos of our wristbands on nearly every page of our site, including our Frequently Asked Questions page.
- Form to Submit Questions
- Does the site have a form to submit questions and inquiries? - This is a great way to contact a company if you do not have access to your e-mail at the moment and prefer not to use the phone. Reminderband®'s contact form is located on our contact page.
- Dated Testimonials
- Does the site have dated testimonials from their customers? - It is important that the testimonials are dated so that you can see if there have been consistent satisfied customers, especially current satisfied customers. A random testimonial is at the bottom of nearly every one of our pages. You can also view all of the testimonials by clicking on the testimonials link in the navigation bar at the bottom of nearly every page on our site.
- Online Printable Invoice
- Can an invoice can be printed from the companies site? - To print an invoice of your Reminderband® order, click on the Track Your Order link at the top-right corner of nearly any page on our site and enter your order number and e-mail address from the order in the "View Your Invoice."
- Can be Notified of Sales
- Does the site have the option where you can request to be notified of sales? - To request to be notified of Reminderband® sales and promotions, click on the mailing link in the navigation bar at the bottom of nearly every page on our site. (You can always also unsubscribe to the mailing list on the same page as well.)
- Process Entire Order Online
- Can you process the entire order online? - Reminderband® customers can place the entire order by going to our order page. This includes being able to pay for your order online as well. For those that still like the personal touch when placing an order, customers can still always place the order over the phone by calling us at (800) 922-5401.
- Multiple Shipping Options Available
- Can you select from more than one shipping option? - Reminderband® offers three shipping and handling options for our US customers. Standard shipping is the most economical and has orders delivered in about nine business days or less. Express shipping has orders delivered in about seven to eight business days or less. For customers that need there orders in a hurry, Reminderband® orders priority shipping and handling, which guarantees the order will be delivered in six business days or less. For our Canadian customers, Reminderband® offers our "Canadian Shipping and Handling", which includes customs and duties charges paid for by Reminderband®, and has the order delivered in about nine business days or less. For customers from other countries, Reminderband® also offers "International Shipping and Handling," which has orders delivered in about ten business days or less. - Estimated Delivery Date
- Does the site give you an estimated date by when your bands will be delivered before the order is placed? - With custom orders, it is very difficult to know when your order will arrive. With the estimated delivery date, it enables you to know when to expect your order. To see the estimated delivery date at Reminderband®, simply go to our order page and add your order to the cart. Once the order is in the cart, you can select from our shipping and handling options and see the estimated delivery date for each option. Once the order is placed, the estimated delivery date of your order is also in the confirmation e-mail.
- Hacker Safe™ or Similar Service
- Is the site's security verified by Hacker Safe™ or other independent, third-party company? - Often, it is easy to place orders directly online, but how do you know when it safe? There are many independent, third-party companies that let you know where that allows your order to be secure and confidential. Hacker Safe™ is one of these companies. - Rush Production Option
- Does the site gives an option for for rush production and rush shipping? - There are often times that we need custom wristbands in a very short timeframe. The rush production option allows you to receive your bands in time for your event. Reminderband®'s rush option that takes only 6 business days guaranteed.
- Submit Your Own Artwork
- Does the company allows you to submit your own artwork to put on your bands, at no additional charge? - The great thing about customizing your own wristband is being able to choose what you would like on the wristband. This includes logos and artwork. Not only should you be able to select what you would like for a stock art selection, you should be able to submit your own logo as well. Here at Reminderband®, we not only have a vast stock art selection to choose from, we also are able to receive your own custom logo. - Order Multiple Colors
- Does the site allow you to order bands in a multiple of colors, at no additional charge? - There are times that we would like to order bands but wanted to have a variety of colors. This is offered by some companies but often comes with additional costs. Reminderband® has always allowed you, as a customer, to order wristbands with a variety of colors for no additional cost. Your can order wristbands of different colors, as long as the quantity for each color is a multiple of 5. To place such an order simply go to our order page.
- Order Multiple Sizes
- Does the site allow you to order bands in a multiple of sizes, at no additional charge? - Since both children and adults have different wrist sizes, it is often nice to order a variety of sizes within the order. It is often hard to find this option where you are not charged additional to do so. Reminderband will not only allow you to do so, as long as the quantity for each size is a multiple of 5, and has always offered this at no additional cost. - Confirmation E-mail of Order
- Does the site send you a confirmation e-mail the moment the order is placed? - Once your order is placed with Reminderband®, you receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. This feature allows you not only to verify the order that you had just placed but also recaps the total of the order and the estimated delivery date. Reminderband® prides itself in the speed of its e-mail confirmations and the consistency of such a feature.
- Notification When Shipped
- Does the site send a confirmation e-mail notifying you the order has shipped? - With many custom orders, customers are often left in the dark on the current status of their order. This feature allows you to know when your order has shipped. Instead of being left wondering, Reminderband® will send you an e-mail the instance the order has shipped.
- Tracking Number
- Does the site send an e-mail with the tracking number? - With the tracking numbers, you are able to track your wristbands from the moment that they ship to the moment that they arrive at your door.
