Reminderband® Policies
Payment Methods & Policies
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Official United States School Purchase Order, and PayPal only. We only accept Money Orders or checks for payment on official U.S. school PO. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than listed above. Any mailed orders with checks or money orders should include the PO number and Reminderband® order number. All other checks or money orders not associated with a PO will not be fulfilled or returned.
We do not ship orders COD; we do not offer credit terms or Net 30 credit accounts. We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards, waiting for PayPal checks to clear, or delays in PO faxes. Paypal orders will begin production once payment clears Paypal. Purchase orders will begin processing once the official purchase order is received (via fax, email, or mail) and verified. In the event payment is not received within thirty (30) days on a purchase order shipment, Reminderband® shall charge interest on the outstanding balance of 18% per annum or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater. Reminderband® shall also be entitled to commence collection proceedings on any amount outstanding after thirty days and purchaser, by accepting the goods purchased consents to personal jurisdiction to the Federal District and State District Courts of the State of Utah. Payment terms for school purchase orders are Net 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not produce phrases on silicone wristbands that we determine to be offensive, vulgar, violent, or in any way disagree with our policies, procedures, morals, and ethics. Utah residents will be charged Sales Tax in the amount of 6.55%.
Due to the expedited nature of our product once your order is placed and payment verified it enters the production cycle. For this reason orders can not be changed once they are placed. Please verify all information before you submit your order. If you would like to place a second order that references to the first order, that is acceptable.
Shipping & Handling Policy
We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays and do not ship these days.
Once payment for your order has been verified, your order will begin processing. When placing an order, customers are given an estimated arrival date. Typically most orders arrive 6-10 business days after payment verification depending on the chosen shipping method. There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within this time frame. Expected arrival assumes that processing or production is not delayed. Reasons for delays include waiting for payment to clear, artwork, custom color bands or color fill.
Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based on your shipping selection. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. We offer Reminderband® Standard, Reminderband® Express, Reminderband® Priority and International. Reminderband® Standard should arrive in 7-9 business days. Reminderband® Express should arrive in 6-8 business days. Reminderband® Priority should arrive in 6 business days or less. International orders are shipped FedEx International Priority and usually take between 8-10 business days to arrive. See International Shipping Policy for more information on international shipping, customs, and duty charges.
To ensure proper delivery, we do require a signature for delivery. Therefore, please have the order shipped to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, FedEx usually leaves a door tag notifying you of the delivery attempt. Simply follow the instructions on the door tag, and then FedEx will leave the package at your door at the next delivery attempt. After three delivery attempts, FedEx will return your order to Reminderband. If you would rather have the package left without having to sign for it, you can go into your local FedEx office at any time and sign a FedEx release waiver.
We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your package is damaged or items are missing due to shipping damage, you must file a claim with FedEx. If you have a question about claims you can also contact our customer service representatives at 1-800-922-5401 or by email. We are not liable for the package once it leaves our warehouse. You must save your original packaging material when making a claim with FedEx. Any refused shipments will still be billed the full amount of the original order, including shipping charges, due to the customized nature of our product.
Shipping Options
Reminderband® Standard
Standard Shipping orders will arrive in 7-9 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification, artwork, custom color bands or color fill your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.
Reminderband® Express
Express Shipping orders will arrive in 6-8 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assumes that your order is approved the same day the order was placed. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification, artwork, custom color bracelets or color fill, your arrival date will be affected as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.
Reminderband® Priority
We realize that for special occasions or unexpected events you need to have wristbands faster than is typical with other methods. Reminderband® Priority was created for these types of occasions. Once an order is placed and payment verified your wristbands will be rushed to production and will be given a priority status to ensure that your wristbands will arrive at your door in 6 business days or less from the time you ordered. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assumes that your order is approved the same day the order was placed. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification, artwork, custom color bands or color fill your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.

International Shipping Policy
All international orders (everything outside the U.S.) are shipped FedEx International Priority. Typical shipping times are 9-10 business days. This does not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. Reminderband® is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays.
Orders that ship internationally will usually incur additional taxes, duties, VAT, and other fees associated with customs. Our past experience is that these fees can be an additional 20%-30% added to your order. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order. Depending on the country, these fees are billed to the customer by FedEx. All shipping charges on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order FedEx International Priority. All taxes, duties, and other fees charged by FedEx or other customs officials are not included in the shipping charges on our Web site and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell our customer list to anyone. You can order with the assurance that you will not receive junk mailings or phone calls from us or other sources! If we have a customer who fails to make payment for an order, a customer who reverses payment on an order already received, or a customer we feel is making an attempt to defraud us, we reserve the right to provide information to credit agencies and other collections services.
We also protect your financial information with the tightest security to ensure that your information remains private and secure. We employ 128 bit SSL security encryption when customers place orders to protect your information. That same level of security is used on all company intranet and network resources. To further protect our customers financial information credit card information is encrypted on our networks so employees do not have access to credit card numbers. All credit card information is automatically deleted from our databases after two weeks to ensure that if a security breach does occur, minimal information is compromised.
Copyright Policy
We do not produce wristbands with phrases that contain words, logos, graphics, word marks, or any other items that are trademarked, copyrighted, or patent protected by other organizations or individuals. All customers that want to include such items in their custom wristband order must provided authorized documentation and written approval for use of such items. Reminderband® will not be held liable for any copyright violations or similar violations of protected works if a customer orders a wristband(s) with protected works without proper notification and documentation. The customer assumes all liability for violations of protected works that are not properly documented with Reminderband®.
Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of our product we do not accept returns unless there was a production error on our part. Ordering the wrong size, color, or phrase on a wristband does not warrant a return. We encourage customers to verify all order information before submitting the final order. If we make a mistake on color, size, quantity, or phrases on a wristband we will be happy to do a return and find a solution to remedy the problem. Promotions Policy
All promotions, discounts, coupons and promotional offers are only applicable where legal. Multiple offers may not be combined on the same Reminderband order. Reminderband will not give promotional pricing or refunds on previously placed orders regardless of how recent an order was placed in conjunction with any given promotion. Due to the excellent and competitive pricing of our wristbands on Reminderband.com we can only offer promotions on quantities of 5000 wristbands or less. All emails, web site specials, or other coupons or discounts are not applicable on orders over 5000 wristbands. Reminderband dealers and wholesale distributors are not eligible for promotions offered to retail customers.
Liability/Disclaimer
All of our products are offered with a guarantee of quality workmanship. Wristbands are sold with a customer satisfaction guarantee. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone. Wristbands are not a toy and should not be used with children under the age of four. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
