Shawn has worked in several customer service-related industries and brings several years of customer care and expertise to Reminderband®, ensuring your complete satisfaction.


Customer Service Specialist
Michael has been with Reminderband® for two years. He is a key account specialist, and is exceptional at taking special care of all our customers! Mike has years of sales experience and expertise in several capacities. His professional and precise attention to detail is greatly valued by many customers that continuously request him. Mike is eager to help you with your next order!


Customer Service Specialist
Christian has been with Reminderband® for a year. He works with order processing, as well as doing custom artwork. He has many years of customer service experience, as well as extensive sales expertise. He also brings great insights for office management to our company and team. Christian handles many of our large volume clients and key accounts. He is ready to assist you with your orders and special requests!


Customer Service and Art
Wyatt is the newest member of our Customer Service Team. He has extensive experience in customer service, as well as international business. Wyatt gained much of his experience while in Asia working in many customer service-related fields, where he learned to speak Mandarin Chinese fluently. He is fantastic at helping our customers with all of their Reminderband® needs, and adds an extra spark of personal interest and professionalism with every order.


Accounting, Reception,
and Customer Service

Karen has been with the company for over five years and helps with our accounting department as well as customer service. She brings exceptional talent and personality to her job and takes great care of her customers!


Logistics, Shipping and
Customer Service Specialist

David has been taking care of our customers for five years. He has been an integral part of ensuring our speedy delivery. He also has years of Customer Service and management experience.
